An online reservation secures you a 1-hour block in the studio to use the space as a gym; without the crowds or wait time for equipment.

Arrive up to 20min early to use the warm up zone before your hour on the fitness floor.

Join this 4-week, Small group program designed to educate, excite, and empower women in the world of weight lifting. There are a handful of concepts that I discuss with every female I train regardless of age, ability, and fitness goal. Nail down the basics in a fun and supportive environment full of ladies doing the same! Program includes: Weekly in-person training, 2 Mobility routines, and a weekly HIIT class.
